1. The participant may or may not be a resident of Quebec. 

2. The contest takes place entirely on Instagram.

3. The deadline for participation is March 9 midnight. Draw on March 10, 2021 at 12 p.m.

4. The price offered is a $1500 credit applicable on our Balux products. There is no constraint vis-à-vis the choice of product. The balance will be paid by the winner if he chooses a prize of greater value. Transport, delivery and/or installation costs may not be covered.

5. The winner will be announced on Instagram and contacted directly. 

6. In all cases, the persons specified in article 12 are excluded.

7. ''A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of intervention in an attempt to settle it.''

8. The participant must like the contest publication on Instagram, follow the Balux page and tag 3 friends to encourage them to participate in the contest.
